The most luxurious venues are undoubtedly private estates which unless you have the right contacts you will never get access to (although I do know one owner of a massive waterfront mansion who will move out of his estate for the weekend for a cool $60k!). So I've created a list of the most luxury wedding venues you can easily hire in Sydney. Though of course, when I say easily, you have to be organised because these venues book out a few years in advance.
