Tell us about your venue. How long have you been holding weddings and how many weddings do you hold per year?

Beekman Country Club has been doing weddings for over 3 years now. We typically hold 10 or more weddings year and are continuing to grow each year.

Why should a couple consider your venue over other venues?

The Beekman Country Club is offering breathtaking views, outdoor & indoor event spaces, 300 person tent, with outdoor ceremony & cocktail party locations.

What’s the first thing couples usually ask when they come and see you?

What is included in your rental fee:

The use of our facility, choice of ceremony locations, tables, chairs, linens to the ground, china, glassware, a bridal suite to get ready in, the use of a golf cart for you and your bridal party to take photos with, as well as an on-site coordinator to ensure your day runs smooth.

What type of menus do you offer:

Our chef can create a variety of menus for your wedding anything from taco stations, pasta bars, to plated meals, even homemade pizza and BBQ! You name it we can create it!

What size functions can you hold/host?

Outdoor up to 300 guests

Indoor up to 125 for a cocktail reception, 80 seated

Can couples bring in their own caterer? What about alcohol?

Yes we do allow outside caterers, however they cannot use our kitchen facilities, they must bring in their own equipment. Alcohol must be done by the Beekman Country Club.

Can the ceremony be held at your venue?

Yes we have a choice of ceremony locations including water views and mountain views.

Are the couple free to decorate as they like?

Couples can decorate to their liking, we do have a few limitations.

If your venue is outdoors is there a backup space in case of rain?

Yes we have a tent for couples that is included as part of the rental.

Could you give our readers some indication of the range of prices for hiring your venue?

For 2018 our rental fee is $3,000. We have catering options depending upon what you are looking at starting at $60/per person all the way up to $150/per person. We have a variety of bar options including consumption, beer and wine or full-open bar. Of course you are welcome to bring in your own caterer as well.

How early do couples need to book you?

Couples typically book a year out from their wedding.

What time at night can weddings stay at your venue?

Quiet hours begin at 11pm, but couples are encouraged to go inside to our restaurant and host an after party. We have a selection of After Party Packages which include open bar, consumption bar or cash bar; as well as variety of food options (pizza, late night bites and snacks)

Do you offer accommodation options?

We do not have on-site accommodations but there are several hotels and Inns within a 15 minute drive or shuttle.

What other (if any) wedding services do you offer?

We offer bridal shower, Jack and Jill and Rehearsal Dinner Packages as well as Bachelor/ette Party golf outings.
