Tell us about your venue. How long have you been holding weddings and how many weddings do you hold per year?

Aqua Dining hosts an average of 70 weddings per year. We have been holding weddings for 8 years now and we still love assisting couples with their special day!

Why should a couple consider your venue over other venues?

Not only do we offer a premium dining experience for their special day, Aqua Dining has some of the best views of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge.

What’s the first thing brides usually ask when they come and see you? (And can you answer those questions here)

‘’Is there room for a dancefloor?’’ – Yes, we can accommodate up to 110 guests with room for a dancefloor.

‘’What’s the maximum capacity?’’ – The maximum capacity for a sit-down style reception is 110 guests with room for mingling and a dancefloor area or 120 guests seated on arrival. We can accommodate up to 150 guests cocktail style.

If relevant, can couples bring in their own caterer? What about alcohol?

At Aqua Dining we do not allow external catering or BYO alcohol.

Can the ceremony be held at your venue?

There isn’t a designated space for a ceremony onsite however, there are a number of stunning locations nearby that can be used for wedding ceremonies.

Are the couple free to decorate as they like?

Couples are welcome to decorate as they like. Our dedicated wedding coordinators are more than happy to assist by providing preferred supplier suggestions and running through ideas with the couple.

Could you give our readers some indication of the range of prices for hiring your venue?

Our all-inclusive food and beverage packages range from $150 per person - $190 per person. There is a minimum spend required to take the venue exclusively however, this is completely redeemable on food and beverage. We can also tailor a package to meet these requirements.

How early do couples need to book you?

A couple can book whenever they are ready, however as we do also take a la carte reservations, it’s better to get in early to avoid missing out.

What time at night can weddings stay at your venue?

11:30pm

Do you offer accommodation options?

We don’t have any accommodation options onsite however, Aqua Dining is not far from North Sydney, which has plenty of great accommodation options for guests. Alternatively, Sydney CBD is less than 10 minutes away.
