Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

We all know the NSA is probably using your webcam right now to watch you reading this. ASIO would try but they're not really sure what a webcam is. But what does Nicholas Purcell Studio do with your private information? Good question.

This is just a little bit of a philosophy we've put together for you so you can understand how we, Nicholas Purcell Studio, will treat you and your privacy as clients. We respect your privacy and understands your concerns about the security of your personal information.

We are required by law to comply with Australian National Privacy Principles ("NPPs") and are subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Nicholas Purcell Studio is committed to comply with these principles.

Any personal information which we collect about you will be used and disclosed by us to employees, contractors and partners to enable us to: (i) provide you with the services that you have requested, or (ii) otherwise carry out our functions as a supplier of professional services.

We may also use your personal information to provide you with information about other events, promotions or offers organised by us. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please let us know, it's absolutely fine with us if you don't.

Occasionally we will be asked to share your personal information with related businesses or subsidiaries ie magazine editors etc. We will always seek your written permission before doing this. Always.

Sometimes we might need to revise our privacy policy and we think this is only fair. Rather than email you with this fascinating privacy policy update (which we're sure you'd love to spend time over!) we will simply update the policy here, on this website.

Thanks for your time!
